hey, almost forgot i wanted to reply to this thread ^_^ here are a few additional ideas:
Items:
- Thief's gauntlet: Steals a (random?) item of the targeted hero.
- Thief's dagger: chance to steal gold on attack. eventually +agility, +(attk-) speed.
- Mana Cuirass: +defense, restores mana when using a spell but constantly drains mana
- Talisman of inversion: targets an enemy, hp and mana of target and own hero gets swapped.
Abilities:
- Voodoo puppet: Targets an allied or enemy hero/unit and generates a voodoo puppet that is linked to the target. all damage/heal the voodoo puppet recieves is dealt/given to the target. puppet disappears after some time.
- Summon morphling. the morphling lasts for ? seconds. everytime the morphling attacks an enemy, it transforms into the attacked enemy also with the enemies hp/mana.
- Soul transformer: targets only normal units, instantly kills the unit and creates at this spot a soul-item that restores mana or hp when someone takes it up (acts like a rune basically).
- Divine afflatus: reveals map or enemy heroes on the map
- Mortal breath: sends a venomous, very slow moving cloud on the way. all units coming nearby the clouds loose constantly hp.
