Yes, Expertise gives bonus damage depending on what class you're playing.

What I meant with the small bonuses are what you get solely for the ranks.

I'm not sure this really matters, but I just noticed that the rank system in dotd is missing the Master Sergeant rank. It is in-between Sergeant First Class and First Sergeant.

Uhmm.. I think I initially removed MSG in order to have exactly 20 ranks (also there's a damn lot of sergeant ranks already). But when I think about now that didn't really make sense..
One way or another, it's too much of a hassle to implement it now with having to adjust alle the unlocks and some scripts to the new position of the ranks that would shift in place (e.g. all after MSG).

You could also make up some shit for anybody who hits the max exp amount lol
