it is stupid enough, getting an eye disease without a medic in the team, but this really sucks: after eye disease has worn off after some time, you get your normal hit chance back, but not your normal range of view... this has happend to me now for several times and i wonder why no one camplained about it. strangeoo...

I had this effect. Thought its a penalty for non-medic team.
But if you use nano surgery you'll regain your sight.

you wanna experience poor line of sight? play the darkness mission as sniper with eye damage.

i dont think anyone should be punished for not having a medic in a 2 or 3 man crew, cuz they know the consequenzes: no cprs no antidote no nano and so on. calling this a penalty is not the right thing i think.

cmon gimli... this is really not constructive and it doesnt help either.
theres a difference between your own fault and the games fault. it is not my fault that i got eye disease and never regained my line of sight.
Maybe it is not as bad as with a sniper, but thats not the question. correct me if im not right, but i think this is the BUG section.

it makes in my opinion no sense choosing a medic in a two man game...

I have won a part of tournament with a medic in my team.

Medic and firebat, best team ever.

But about the eyedamage; i know the problem. I hate it too. The only thing you can do, have a scout or flares.^^

Dont know what S3r thinks about it. But this eyedamage stuff made its way through many beta versions.

A lot of times I thought the same about imbalances/bugs in some of my favourite games. It's funny to be on the other side of the argumentation once :p

Well, reasons being that I thought it wasn't too much of a deal since eye damage is the ailment occuring the least often and because you usually have a medic around.
In addition to that it's actually complicated to fix. But I'll fix it, I guess.

I wish ET fixed ur eye tho
